6ft x 4ft AMRAP Workout

Warm up = 3 rounds:

  •  3 unassisted pull-ups
  • 20 squats
  • 10 push-ups
  • 5 toes-to-bar hanging abs

The workout uses a very small amount of space. It's the 6ft x 4ft AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) workout. As many as you can in 20 min.

Today, I got 6 rounds in.

The workout:

  • 10 burpees
  • 20 in-and-out abs (high plank position, jumping your feet towards your hands then away from your hands back to plank)
  • 30 crunches
  • 40 squats
  • 50 sec plank
