How I've felt in my workouts: My back hasn't been hurting as much this week. I think the rest helped a lot. Slowly getting back into the swing of things.
Symptoms: stuffy nose, nose bleed, lower back pain
Cravings: Asian food
Aversions: Nothing, really this week
Favorite meals this week: Indian food :)
Things we bought for baby: Our friends gifted us a super warm footie outfit for when baby's in the stroller this winter. It has little gloves attached.
Bump: It's starting to stick out and is getting harder to hide
What I was doing this time last year: Signing up for the BolderBoulder 10K. Now, I'm debating whether I should sign up for this year and just do it slowly.
What we're up to: Studying for my CPR test/class this weekend.
Prayer Requests: I have my 16 weeks appointment on Thursday, so just prayers that everything continues to look good.
