Boxing-Style Jump Rope Workout

A couple days ago, Matt and I watched the movie Grudge Match on HBO Go. I had pretty low expectations, but was really pleasantly surprised, and actually motivated, by the movie. Sylvester Stallone was 67 years old when that movie was filmed and he was SO incredibly fit in it! I was really impressed. 

The story line was pretty good, so if you're bored this week and have HBO Go, I'd recommend the movie. Anyways, the point of this is that since it was a boxing movie, they showed the men training for their match. The way boxers train is so interesting to me -- they jump rope to build endurance and keep themselves fast on their feet. 

I figured, why not share a boxing-style jump rope workout with you guys. We can all do it together and channel our inner Rockys, or Muhammad Alis. Whatever suits your fancy.
