Here is a blank sheet that you are more than welcome to use if you are following along with the Tone It Up Bikini Series. I made this for myself because I like making stuff like this and because I am very list oriented. After posting it to Instagram, I realized that a lot of other TIU girls would like this too. To use this, you simply list the things you want to complete every day (BootyCall, Meta-D, Tone It Up Workout, 1/2 my body weight in water, etc.) beneath "Goals." Then underneath "Overall Goals," you just write the things you want to accomplish by the end of the series-- probably what you journaled on Day 1 of the series.
