I don't know about you, but my December has been jam-packed with social gatherings. It's kind of overwhelming, to be honest, for an introvert like me, but that's beside the point. Most of these gatherings are stocked up with cookies, pies, pizza (maybe?), etc. And me and you, we don't want to gain a hundred pounds over the holidays. So let's not.
Here are some healthier snacks (that I found on the interwebs) that you can whip up and bring to your next party. Most likely, other people will be just as happy as you are to have a less decadent option!
1. Frozen Strawberries Dipped in Greek Yogurt (above)
All you have to do to make these is dip strawberries in Greek yogurt and then freeze them. That's it. They're really cute and festive, and come out like little yummy popsicles.
