JORD Wood Watches: Review

jord-wood-watch

How's everyone doing on their New Year's resolution goals? Keeping some and tossed aside others? That's how its been for me. I've been doing a great job at calling my mom at least once a week, moisturizing my face, and flossing. I felt overwhelmed by the bible reading plan that I chose (She Reads Truth Bible in a Year). It was too much content each day, and I felt like I didn't have time to sit and digest all of it. When I realized that it began to feel more like a checklist than a quiet time, I ditched it and have been doing my own thing since.

I've been doing slightly better about "getting dressed" for work and looking like a grown up sometimes. If you aren't already aware, I work from home, and working from home makes literally rolling out of bed without looking at your face or brushing your hair before you start work super tempting. But there's just something humanizing about getting dressed in real clothes that I know has value. Speaking of real clothes, I'm here today to share with you a fun partnership between BridgetMcGahen.co and JORD Wood Watches that gives you the opportunity to get your own cool, wooden, grown-up watch at a generous discount. Or you can get one for your loved one for Valentine's Day.

I really like the uniqueness of JORD watches, and while they are real, non-Garmin, grown-up watches, they still feel outdoorsy and not too preppy for my personal sense of style. You might have to re-learn how to tell time on an analog watch, but I'd say it's super worth it. I chose the Zebrawood & Champagne watch from the Frankie series.
