This recipe makes a lot, so you can use it for meal prep or you can bring it to your next potluck dinner!
Ingredients: - 3lbs organic chicken breast - 1/3 cup olive oil - 2 large lemons - 3 cloves minced garlic - a small bunch of fresh oregano - a small bunch of fresh parsley - 3 tsp dried thyme - salt and pepper to taste
Directions: - mix all ingredients (not chicken) and pour into large freezer bag - slice up the chicken and add it to the bag, mix till chicken is coated - let it soak in the fridge for a couple hours or overnight - heat up your grill or a grill pan to medium and coat with non stick spray - lay chicken on grill, grill on the first side for about 4 minutes - flip and cook the other side
