Monday6-6:30 - TRX 6:40-8:10 – Advanced Hatha Yoga class

Tuesday 5-6:30 – Weights: Chest, shoulders, triceps + abs and squats 6:30-7:15 – Run

Wednesday 6-6:30 – TRX 6:30-7 – Run 7-8 - Yoga

Thursday 5-6 – Weights: Back, biceps + abs and squats 6-6:30 Run 7-9 – Small Group (Church)

Friday 5-6:30 – Weights: Legs + abs and squats Optional run (if not running Saturday)

Saturday a.m. run a.m. yoga
