Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This smoothie tastes like it should be bad for you. It tastes as delicious as dessert, but is healthy and full of protein!

(adapted from the Lululemon blog)

  • 1/2 cup Organic canned pumpkin (or fresh if you have it!)
  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3-4 dates
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used Perfect Fit)
  • 1 T ground flaxseed
  • A little shake of your favorite pumpkin pie spices, to taste (I used cinnamon, ginger & fresh nutmeg)

Put all of the ingredients in your blender and blend!

(you can add a little ice if it isn’t frosty enough!)
