This smoothie tastes like it should be bad for you. It tastes as delicious as dessert, but is healthy and full of protein!
(adapted from the Lululemon blog)
- 1/2 cup Organic canned pumpkin (or fresh if you have it!)
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3-4 dates
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used Perfect Fit)
- 1 T ground flaxseed
- A little shake of your favorite pumpkin pie spices, to taste (I used cinnamon, ginger & fresh nutmeg)
Put all of the ingredients in your blender and blend!
(you can add a little ice if it isn’t frosty enough!)
