Sweaty Treadmill Sprint Interval Workout

Set your treadmill to show you time elapsed, then go ahead and get going!

5 min (warmup) - Walk at 4

60 sec - Run fast at 7.5 60 sec - Jog at 5.5 (recover) 60 sec - Run fast at 8 60 sec - Jog at 5.5 (recover) 60 sec - Run fast at 8.5 60 sec - Jog at 5.5 (recover) 60 sec - Run fast at 9 60 sec - Jog at 5.5 (recover) 60 sec - Run fast at 9.5! 60 sec - Jog at 5.5 (recover)

Then repeat that whole set backwards, starting with 9.5 and going down to 7.5.

End with a 5 min cool down walk at 4.
