Since I didn't have time to cook up my rutabagas last night, how about we talk tea? I've recently started exploring the world of tea. I've tried a number of different brands and different flavors: TAZO, Yogi, Private Selection, Be Active, Numi, etc. I've found a lot of good stuff, but my very favorite is Private Selection's Sweet Cinnamon Spice Herbal Tea. I've found it at Kroger and Target.
When you first sip it, you feel that cinnamon kick, but that flavor is followed by the sweet orange and minty peppermint. I love this tea. I take it with a packet of stevia sweetener (an all natural, calorie-free sweetener). It's caffeine free, which means it's a great after dinner tea, but it's also great during the day. I'm drinking it right now!

Runner up for my favorite tea is the Be Active "Get Hydrated" Tea. You can find this at Whole Foods. It's kind of expensive.
Even when hot, it is very cool and refreshing. It has an interesting flavor to it. It's an organic green rooibos that is paired with hibiscus, dates, currants, and rosehips. Lots of potassium, electrolytes, and antioxidants-- great for post workout refreshment. I also take this with stevia sweetener.
