This is a customized one-on-one coaching program. With this package, you get:

  • Initial goals discussion
  • Brief fitness assessment to check for muscle imbalances
    • I'll send you a video of what I need from you
    • You send me a video of the assessment exercises
  • Customized workouts for the month
    • Sent to you via Google Sheets
    • Will also send videos to demonstrate each exercise
  • Basic healthy nutrition guidance
  • Weekly email check-ins to see if anything needs to be adjusted
  • Additional phone and in-person consults available on a case-by-case basis for an additional cost (email info[at]bridgetmcgahen.co if you have questions)
