I work one-on-one with clients all across the U.S. to help them build confidence and reach their fitness goals. We begin with an initial chat -- Skype, email, or phone -- to talk through goals, schedules, etc. And then I build out a program that's custom-fit for them. The workouts are provided in Google Sheets along with videos of each exercise. I do weekly check-ins on Sundays via email, at which time clients can ask any questions and we can discuss how the past week went.
You can pay month-to-month or as a 12-week plan. All plans can include weight training, HIIT workouts, running guidance, stretching/yoga routines, and/or nutrition guidance.
