How big is baby: the size of an endive (10.5 inches, 12.7oz)
Coolest developments: I completely cannot fit in any non-athletic shorts/pants from pre-pregnancy
Best moments this week: Little kicks and cartwheels. It feels like I have a chipmunk in my tummy.
How I've felt in my workouts: Good. Definitely continuing to slow things down and to take it easy on weights because I get out of breath so easily. One of my books told me to not lift so heavy that you're holding your breath at all while lifting. Which for me means lifting pretty light weights these days. Lat pulldowns with 50lbs, curls with 10s or 8s, etc.
Symptoms: Significant round ligament pain that feels like bad period cramps sometimes.
Cravings: Nothing really specific this week
Aversions: Nothing this week
Favorite meals this week: Biscuit Bitch in Seattle. I got a biscuit sandwich with egg and cheese.
Things we bought for baby: One of my best friends bought baby some clothes and a tiny pair of sneakers in Barcelona. So cute.
Bump: I definitely can't hide it. But I'm not quite to the point that people would unquestionably ask me, "When are you due?" I do think that people would look at me and think that I'm pregnant.
What we're up to: Getting ready for my friend Clare to visit!
Prayer Requests: Reduced stress, as I have a whole lot of responsibilities that I need to deal with in the next week.

- Monday - Vacation (did a quick bodyweight leg workout at the AirBnB)
- Tuesday - Vacation (8mi of walking around Portland)
- Wednesday - Vacation (5mi of walking)
- Thursday - Demo core/legs workout with gym staff
- Friday - 1hr walk
- Saturday - Back & Biceps + 30min bike
- Sunday - Rest
