Baby McGahen: 33 Weeks


How far along: 33 weeks + 2 days

How big is baby: the size of an ferret, a celery stalk, a junior tennis racquet, or 3 chocolate croissants (17.2in, 4.19lbs). 

How I've felt in my workouts: Tired! I feel like the first trimester exhaustion has come back. My workouts have been pretty much limited to walking and light weight/body weight lifting.

Symptoms: General discomfort, pretty significant back pain, trouble sleeping, lightening crotch, cramping

Things we bought for baby: We finally bit the bullet and bought a glider recliner chair for his room! I'm so happy with the one we picked. 

What we're up to: We finished decorating/organizing baby's room, and I packed his hospital bag + almost finished packing mine. I need to buy some nursing camis to finish it out.

Prayer Requests: That my doctor appointment (Endocrinologist) goes well tomorrow when they take my arm robot out. The goal is that they can look at my levels and tell me that I don't need to be on insulin.

  • Friday - 1hr walk
  • Saturday - 1hr walk
  • Sunday -
