Baked Sweet Potato Chips

Sweet Potato Chips


  • 2 sweet potatos
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • sea salt to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Peel both sweet potatoes
  3. Slice the potatoes into super ultra thin rounds
  4. Melt coconut oil (if necessary) in microwave for about 20 seconds
  5. In a mixing bowl, mix potatoes with oil and salt
  6. Lay potatoes flat on a baking sheet (you can sprinkle with a little more sea salt if you want)
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes and then flip them over with a spatula
  8. Bake for another 10 minutes
  9. Check for crispness -- the thinner ones will cook faster, so remove them before they blacken
  10. Bake until chips have reached a crispy gold
