Baked Veggie Dumplings

Veggie Dumplings


  • Wonton wraps
  • 1.5 cups broccoli slaw (broccoli, cabbage, carrots)
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 T minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup vegan (or non vegan if you like) cheddar cheese
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 3 T cold water


  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Combine slaw, garlic, ginger, and cheese in a food processor until minced
  3. Sautee minced veggie mix in pan until soft
  4. Lay out wontons squares on pan (two thick)
  5. Brush with olive oil
  6. Scoop 1 T cooked veggie mix into each wonton
  7. Using your finger, brush water along edges of wonton (helps to glue it together) and then close diagonally (creating a triangle)
  8. Bake 15 min
