I know that the Tone It Up Bikini Series is over, but I still love using some of the workouts from it! I kicked my own butt yesterday on the treadmill with this HIIT workout:
It's 45 minutes of sweat and heavy breathing, but it's SUCH a great workout. After counting through 9 sets of the first interval on my fingers, I really didn't think I could do 15 more minutes, but I remembered my coaches and I pushed through.
Everyone-- girls and guys-- you should try this workout. Guys, maybe just type the intervals into your photo so that you don't get caught eying this one with bikinis on it haha. Up to you.
