This video will teach you how to practice crow pose (the easiest and most foundational arm balance). This pose can be hard on your wrists, so be careful to pay attention to your body on how long you should practice this pose at one time. BUT as you practice this pose, it will strengthen your wrists as well as your arms, and get you to a place where you can make your way into more advanced arm balances and inversions!
Crow stretches the upper back, strengthens your abs, and opens the groin.
