Happy 4th of July, y'all!
This will be my first 4th of July in the city, and I'm pretty pumped about it. Although, it's supposed to be raining all day ...
If it doesn't rain, Matt and I are probably going to meet up with some friends to grill and eat watermelon (cuz it's not really 4th of July without watermelon).
It's not raining quite yet, so before it starts, Matt and I are headed to the gym to do legs and then a HIIT workout. If it's not raining where you are, I highly recommend trying out a sprint workout like this one! We love sprints because they really get our heart rate up, but also help us to maintain the muscle we've worked so hard on at the gym.
