Food Prepping

It's live! I posted my new food prepping video on my YouTube channel this morning. You should check it out!

The video is a sample of what we do on a normal Sunday to prepare food for Monday through Wednesday.

Here's a sample menu for a normal day:

Breakfast: 3 eggs + 1/2 cup oatmeal (with unsweetened almond milk and cinnamon)

Snack: Chopped up pepper

Lunch: Salad (spinach, apple, pine nuts, basil, honey mustard dressing) + 4oz chicken + 4oz brown rice

Snack: Apple with peanut butter or handful of almonds

Dinner: Veggies (squash, asparagus, broccoli, or zucchini) + 4oz chicken + 4oz sweet potato
