Grilled Asparagus and Mushrooms


This is totally a lazy girl recipe -- no fuss, and very few ingredients. Just because I'm a blogger doesn't mean I eat fancy, complicated meals everyday. In fact, quite the opposite. On most days, I cook fresh produce in a way similar to this. It's healthy, easy, and fuss-free. I chose a pre-mixed seasoning so that I didn't even have to think about which herbs to use!


  • Fresh asparagus
  • Fresh portobello mushrooms
  • McCormick's Poultry Seasoning
  • Olive oil


  1. Heat grill or grill pan, brush with olive oil
  2. Put fresh veggies on grill (perpendicular to the grill lines if you want to get the grill look)
  3. Brush veggies with oil and sprinkle seasoning
  4. Grill for about 10 minutes or until they are as tender as you prefer
