This was the workout I did at the tiny gym at my best friends apartment on her wedding day. The gym didn't have a whole lot of equipment and we were pressed for time, so my husband and I just did this quick, but brutal pyramid workout. I definitely had to have him hold my feet during the long set of pull-ups, but he pushed me to finish. I felt pretty accomplished after that! I wanted to do box jumps instead of squat jumps, but the gym didn't have anything to jump onto :(, but something is better than nothing, right?
Moral of the story: make due with what you've got. Excuses are lame.
