Food doesn't have to be complicated and packed with spices/sauces to be good! This little plate is vegan but packed with more protein than a chicken leg. And you don't have to pay very close attention to the cooking process. Just boil them. You will need to cover quinoa for a bit to let it fluff. I don't even need to give you recipes for this because it's so simple. Black beans, quinoa, asparagus, and edamame. Simple as that.
