This weekly workout planner is designed to help you keep track of all of your fitness practices: type, duration, weight/resistance level, etc. Feel free to write your weekly goal(s) at the bottom of the page.
I'm trying to get back into a regular yoga practice, so I signed up for the free 15-day trial at yogaglo. It's pretty awesome -- I can take classes from some of my very favorite yogis like Kathryn Budig (the woman who inspired me to take up yoga in the first place), and Tiffany Cruikshank. There are a huge number of classes to choose from at all levels and at various lengths. You can search by teacher, duration, type, level, etc. You can take classes anytime, anywhere. Like I said -- awesome.
Back to the workout planner sheet. This is an easy way to plan for success, track your progress, and hold yourself accountable.
