My Standard Personal Training Programs
Need some help reaching your fitness goals? I'm now accepting online personal training clients for a month-to-month fee of $100 (way cheaper and more flexible than hiring a trainer at your local gym), and creating custom 18-week marathon training programs.
Month-to-month personal training comes with weekly email check-ins. The 18-week marathon training program doesn't come with weekly check-ins, but if you add a race to your calendar, are feeling burnt out, or if you get injured, you can send me an email, and I'll make adjustments.
