What It's Like to Work With Me

I currently train clients exclusively online, as being home with a newborn dictates my schedule for the time being. I always start with an initial consult. Depending on your schedule and preference, this could be over the phone, Skype, or email to talk about your goals, timelines, cardio preferences, and whether you prefer home workouts or gym workouts. As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, I also want to do a few movement assessments to identify any muscle imbalances you might have before we start programming. If you do have imbalances, I'll incorporate lengthening and strengthening into your program for those specific muscles (this helps prevent improper/inefficient movement compensation and injury). 

From there, you'll receive your schedule online, and I'll check in with you weekly via email to see how things are going. 

I'll also send you information/suggestions on what your nutrition could look like, if you're interested in that.
